Over the last few days I've noticed that although the forms are being completed and I receive the emails, the actual completed forms take sometimes a few hours to appear in the Jotform Console as complete forms. Are you aware of this issue? and is there a fix?

With the phrase "Jotform Console", do you mean the Preview option in form builder?
Are you facing this issue with all of your forms or any particular form? Please provide us the form links which causes the loading issue so we can check. Also please mention which browser you are using.
You can try from different browsers and see if the problem occurs or not.
