I have tried setting up 2-3 different notifications under a form but it will only send the notification to my account email address even though within the noficiation section I have enetered different addresses. Is this a glitch or am I not able to forward emails to more than one address?

Besides to what Jonathan has adviced to you, you can take advantage of conditional logics, so you can send an email based on a condition to a different email address.
