How can I get Jot Form API to push records to my endpoint in real time :(

Jot form API failing intermittently, sometimes i don't receive the records in real time, I need to wait a few minutes before the records get pushed. This affects the user experience on my side. API push has to be instant. 

Ability to push records instantly is a big requirement for me.

Need this resolved asap
