    Hi,

I have one form in an account I no longer have access to the email address for, it is called "Trade-in form" and the email address for the account is Justin@naudimonkey.com. Is there a way to recover the account? My current email is justin@audioden.com, user name "audioden".

    Thanks for your help,

    Justin

Since there is not billing information associated with that account and you no longer have access to the email address associated with the account, we have no way of verifying ownership from our end.  You could clone the form to your current account if you would like a fresh a new copy if your current account:

    Hi David,

I tried to clone, but the tool said no form existed at the URL. Is there a way to find the direct URL of the form?

I believe this is the form you are referring to:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/50173627220143

There was also another Audioden form in that account:
