Users able to submit the form without filling a required field. Why?

    I have a question regarding our onboarding form:  https://form.jotform.com/61885916205159

    We have marked the hourly rate field as required, however users are able to submit the form without filling in the required field.

    Can you please help us resolve this issue?

    I have checked your JotForm and see that there is a condition set on the form to unrequire the field 'the hourly bill rate' when 'Leased contractor' is selected.

    Please check the conditions again on the form and you may need to make necessary modifications as per your requirement.
