Why our account is denied for Educational Institution Discount?

    Hello,

    Today I applied for the school discount and learned we were denied (?). I am with Hillsborough Community College in Tampa Florida. We are a public community college and I do not understand why we were denied.

    I am the Program Manager for the EMS Program here.

    Is it possible that we were denied because I have not yet signed up for the bronze plan?

    Please be noted that the education discount is not available to for-profit schools. If you educational institution is a non-profit organization, you may consider filling the application form provided in the link below so that our team shall review it again.
