Submissions and payment tracking

I have a form that requires payment via paypal. I use the Jotform app that tracks submissions, but I want to know how to make it track only forms that recieved proper full payments. I don't want tracking on just submissions without payment.

Setup: Shoot multiple bodybuilding events (12 a year) and the competitor signs up and pays via the jotform.

For the submission without payment, please do not click the Complete Submission in the Incomplete Payment window. Instead, try to ignore it or delete it.
