Truncating a response

I want my clients to submit a CC # for me to input into my own system, how do I ensure the number is truncated on the email form that is sent to me?

It's not possible to ask for credit card numbers through JotForm forms as it goes against our terms: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use 

There is not workaround for that and you must use one of our current payment integrations, they do not store credit card details, but will help you processing payments: https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-7-Payment+Forms
