    Hi,

I was wondering why this happens for the forms which i have created. It seems to happen to recipients of emails which come from the site. But i hasten to add internal company people. Do you think it would just be our security settings and hopefully won't happen to external recipients?

    Cheers

    Sue

This may happen due to the security settings on the email recipient account and due to the method used to mask the sender email address.

If you're using a custom sender using the verification method, please note that the sender info is still from the JotForm email servers, but the address is only masked to show yours.

You may need to use a sender with the SMTP method since it will use your own mail server info the fraud detection filter should be passed: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

You may also use the default sender address to avoid triggering this alert on your recipients end.
