Hi! I'm a premium user of your service and have iton our website!
We use it for our clients to upload big files and we had one today who tried to upload one big zip file of 330 mb.
We have checked everything, if we had the zip file extesion permitted on the form - Yes
The client said that the form just stood there, hanging on for about 12 hours and nothing happens... just the message please wait...
he just quit after 12 empty hours and send it to us throughout yousendit... what a shame!
One bad experience is enought for me... I'm seriously thinking quiting the service... we have enough problems already... and not one more...
Hope you have an explanation for this,

Our web service is configured to allow files upto 250MBs of files. Such large files were not asked previously. Usually FTP is more suitable when you need to send such large files. Create a temporary FTP account on your site and give them access to them, and let them upload the file there. FTP clients can stop and continue while uploading such large files. Browsers and web servers are not designed to send very large files. They can crash or time out.
