Why is my embedded form not mobile responsive?

My form is not responsive on mobile. I looked at the forums for help, and it says that "forms are now mobile responsive by default" and that I don't need to adjust anything in settings. So if my form isn't responsive and there aren't any settings to adjust, how then do I make it responsive?

Yes, forms are indeed mobile responsive by default. I have just checked the form embedded on the page you provided and I can see the form does not display properly on mobile devices; however, the issue seems related to the form's container, its height is being reduced a lot  on mobile devices so you would need to check that on your end and contact your web developer in order to check this.

The form's embed code has actually a script that changes the height based on its container:

    I hope this helps.
