Choosing multiple options

Hello, 

I am tying to set options for a registration form where the client can select more than one option in the same section (they are buying sessions in a summer program and can select more than one session but I can't figure out how to give them the ability to select as many session as they'd like to buy, the system only let's them select one at a time.) 

The Single Choice option and Multiple Choice option fields functions as to what their name implies.

Single Choice -- can only select one option at a time.

Multiple Choice -- can select more than one option at a time.

I checked your form and I see both fields were in the form. If you need the users to have multiple selections in an option, you can use the Multiple Choice field.
