I have built a website that helps photographers manage their business. I am currently looking for something to integrate into my site that allows the user to create contracts and send to their clients for a legally binding eSignature. Is this possible with JotForm?

This is possible, you can use the Text field where you can display your terms content:

As well, we have E-signature widgets, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/433-How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form

If you don't know how to use our builder to build your first form, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form

Also, see this guide to learn how to get the embedded code to add it in your webpage: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

I'm not sure you understood my question correctly. I need to incorporate the ability into my website for my users to be able to create contracts and send a contract to their client for eSignature. I want everything done on my site, is this possible?

Just to clarify, you want to integrate the form builder in your website? If yes, that's possible with JotForm Anywhere API https://www.jotform.com/anywhere/. So basically, they can create forms directly on your website, get the URL and share it with their clients or have it embedded on their page.
