I have checked your account and you seem to have already reached your payments limit, please information about account limits, including the payments limit, on the following link: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits

Please also note that the submissions may be placed on the incomplete section, the following guides will help you doing so:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/

    https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ

    https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account

I also noticed that your payment field is not required so the users may simply submit the forms without sending a payment. If you need to get payments for all the submissions, you would need to set the payment field as required, that can be done by editing your form on the builder, clicking on the payment section (where your products are displayed on)  and clicking on the settings icon, there you should find the "required" option that needs to be turned on.

    I hope this helps.

I do not see the required field on the payment section where is that?
Also, I just realized that I had money sent to the wrong account. I added
the to ‘the’ email address. How do I rectify the submissions already made?

You may enable the required option from the payment field properties. Please see the screenshot below:

The other question related to wrong account is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
