Send Email Reminders When the User Dropped off Filling out a Form

how can I make it so that it sends out reminders when an applicants drops off filling out a form?

Unfortunately, we do not have a feature like that where you get notified through email when the user closes the page or abandoned the form. Let me escalate this as a feature request so this will be considered in the future.

If your form has a Paypal payment field, you can enable pending payment email in the payment settings so you will be notified when the user abandoned the checkout page.
