Currently, I'm enrolled in a plan that says I have UNLIMITED STORAGE FOR SUBMISSIONS, however I received an email stating that I have used up all my storage and so I'm not able to receive any more submissions....
Can you explain what is happening? I don't want to lose out on potential business (through email submissions) and according to my current plan I should NEVER run out of storage space..
Please let me know how we can resolve this ASAP and also how I can retrieve any email submissions that didn't get through because of this.

I checked your account maxlupercio, but I wasn't able to see any issue there. Your limits are fine, and you're not close to any of them.
Are you referring to some other account by any chance?
Let us know if you are still experiencing this issue.
