Military Time/Time Zone is Wrong?

It's possible that I'm misunderstanding the time system, but I had 2 forms scheduled to go down at 19:00 (which I believe is military time for 7:00 p.m.). But it disabled at 6:00 p.m. CST. Looking through form submissions, I can see that everything is off by an hour. 

To avoid this issue in the future, what time zone do you work off of and how should I be calculating in your military time format if I live in CST?

Yes, 19:00 is 7:00 PM. And timezone will be whatever you set in Settings for your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

So it could happen that the timezone is not correct and that's why your form got disabled.
