You called me back and said to me that you working on the problem but all day no response

I am becoming very frustrated with your company. I am a paid member and yet I get no assistance from your customer service department or it takes forever. I am in fact on the edge of just canceling my account and doing a chargeback because I am not getting what I pay for. Therefore out of good faith I am reaching out to your company once again to get assistance with a problem that I am having that is delaying me from launching a new project that I have.

I am trying to build the calculation format value and when doing so it stops at 7.  I would like  for you to go into my system fix my account and make my calculator be able to add up my values and show me the correct pattern that I supposed to use to make this happen.

For the record your system is very flawed 1 minute the form works with no problem whatsoever and when I put a different format in, it makes me delete the complete format just to start over again to get the format to work.

If you have no phone support you should have some sort of live chat take care of little problems it's so frustrating being a paid member and get no help from you guys please get back to me as soon as possible

From what I can read at your post, I understand that you have a problem that is not fixed by now. Let me try to help you. 

I went ahead and checked the other threads you have created earlier and found one where you had an issue with conditional statement. It caused problems to Form Calculation widget.
