I am having difficulties with my account and logging in

Hi there, 

I am having issues I was logged in and building a form then it logged me out and now I can't log back in just says auto-suspended. I've reset my password but still having issues.

Your account is autosuspended by our system because of your form Website Content. Inside of that form, you added the fields that are used to collect Facebook login credentials and that is against our Terms of use. 

Phishing. You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

I deleted mentioned fields from your form and I activated your account. 

Please do not create similar forms.
