add payment options at the bottom of the form

Hi There,

I have a form which is almost towards completion, I have set up 4 section and collect information from end user, this will allow me to output and display a total price .

what i like to do is setup a credit card and paypal to accept above mentions TOTAL.

any idea how to do this, i notice paypal option only allows you to create product within its environment and not as i want it done.

any help is appreciates.
