Am I able to connect with square to make reoccurring payment for a payment plan?

Hi, 

I'm just wondering if I am able to create a form and link it with square to record details for a payment plan/ reoccurring payment set on a specific date? Square requires clients to fill out a credit card authorization form for reoccurring payments, however when I tried to create the form on jotform I was suspended for suspected phishing. Is there a way around this?
