Hi
We are using two jot forms, the first one is to collect contact information the second to take a survey.
We don't want to ask for the same information again in the survey so would like the first form to pull through to the second and have those as hidden fields so we know who was filling out the survey? How would we do this?
Kind regards
Matt

hi
I don't think this addresses the problem.
We will not know what the name is until they fill out the form. This scenario that you have sent we would be populating the url with the answer I believe?
We want the person who fills out the details of the 1st form to be remembered when they go to the next form so they don't have to give the same details twice. At the moment we match IP addresses of the two form submits but really we want their name and company on the second form without them having to fill it out again.
Thanks
Matt

Since you are looking to pass the data from one form to another form, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
