When editing my form and I go into settings > Thank you page and choose the "Redirect to external link" option and place a valid URL (confirmed) in the box and then go and test the form from my website, I get the 403 Forbidden message in the browser. This was working some time ago. Why is this error coming up?

It looks like your question has already been answered on another thread that you have opened.
This is happening because you have set the Send Post Data to Yes in your form settings and the website server is refusing that request.
Please set the Send Post Data to No in your form settings.
I have cloned your form and set the Send Post Data to No and the redirection is working now.
