When I try to change notification receivers the screen shows a erro message and a button to reload but it still isn't working. Can you fix it for me?

I was not able to replicate your issue on a cloned form.
I also logged into your account and also was not able to replicate your issue.
It was probably a temporary bug. Please let us know if the issue persists.
