Unable to access my account - Autosuspended

    I can not access my account.

    displays the following message: Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

    I'm performing test to purchase the tool.

    Your account got automatically suspended because your form is asking for login information. As per our terms, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm.

    We need to remove the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.

    can remove the fields, and let me know what they were, not to happen again.

    but no field is intended to collect login information.

    I have now removed the guilty fields.

    I also re-activated your account back to good status. You can now use your forms and account properly.
