We created a new form that will not open on our tablets.

    The form was created in your new card template, (bigfoot music festival) and worked the first submission on our tablets but will no longer do so.

    The screen starts to download and then says "a problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded". after a few more reload attempts it says "A problem repeatedly occurred on https://www.jotform.ca/livingcolourtattoo/tattooconsentform"

    It works completely fine on our desktop computers, but the forms are filled out by our clients on tablets.

    Is there a reason for this that we can fix on our end?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I do not have a tablet device but I did test your form in mobile device and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I submitted form multiple times but did not see the error message you have mentioned. 

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
