can the jotform api access form sessions

I was looking thorough the api and could find this specifically.  Can the api access saved session data (https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later) and can it submit them with the api so that it send out the emails as needed?

As far as I know, we do not have a function to retrieve stored session data using API.  A script could be written to to access the filled form using the session ID, but I do not see a function to retrieve the stored session ID's.
