I am not sure if I understood your question correctly.
I checked your account and I saw that is overlimit. The Bronze accounts can receive up to 1,000 submissions per month and you received 1,138 submissions this month.
It seems that you deleted all of your submissions. Please note that deleting of the form submissions will not reset the submission counter.
You can upgrade your account to increase the limits and to enable your forms immediately.
If you don't want to upgrade you have to wait for the submissions counter to reset, which will happen on the first day of the following month.
