Can we move forms to our Gold account from a free account?

One of our staff members accidentally set up a free jotform account rather than logging in to the TEA account. Can her forms be moved to the Gold account? She is getting view limit errors. See screen shots for account information.

Yes, we can move the form to your account. However, the request for moving the forms to your account has to be made from the account in which the forms were created. Please tell your sub-account user to reply on this thread or to open a new thread and to request that forms are moved to your account.

Considering that the account SBOEsupport is a sub-account user of your account, the forms can also be moved from the account SBOEsupport. Please check option 3 of this guide to see how to move the forms from the sub-account to the main account.

Although SBOESupport is a folder in the TEA account, the SBOESupport in the screen shot I sent is a separate free account. That is why they are hitting the view limits. We would need all the forms in the free account moved to the SBOE folder (not the SBOESupport folder) on the TEA account.

I will ask the owner of the free account to reply to this thread or open a new thread.

    Thank You

I checked and the forms are not longer in the account SBOESupport so I assume that a sub account moved the forms form his/her end.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Now that all forms from the sub account SBOESUPPORT are gone and moved to TXEd account, can you please delete the SBOESUPPORT sub account and help me login to the TXEd account.

If you want us to delete the SBOEsupport, you have to log into that account and make that request.

The email address you used to post your reply is not connected to any account. The email address of the account TXEd is w******n1@tea.texas.gov. You can log in with the username or with the email address. If you forgot the password, you can reset it.
