Using a JotForm Card as landing page

Hi there,

I'm writing a post about JotForm Cards and want to build a form to use for a my startup's landing page. I have a domain - petsitapp.com that I want to for now use to go to the form. Should I forward my domain to the form's URL? Or should/can I set my domain's DNS to point to JotForm somehow?
