How to change email that was orginally registered?

To whom it may concern:

   this jotform is created from one of my previous staff and i need to know which email she used to registered. she already left the company and please email me back at lindaspa8@Hotmail.com as i don't want the forms to be emailed to her personal email.

You may find the email address of the account and change it from the profile section of your account settings. However, I see that linda@elitecollege.school is registered with the account.
