I have embedded a public url of the submissions feed using an iframe. This generates a password to view the submissions on our website.

The submission view works on a desktop browser.

But the password is not working (showing) the submission feed on iPhone in Safari

It shows the password field... but does not trigger the access to view.

    (We have the correct password)

    Thanks

Can we have the url of your website, so we can check it out?

    Thank you.

I checked your webpage and I have replicated the issue using safari on mobile device.

The submission page loads but I think the IFrame can't hold, that is why safari redirects back to the main webpage.

I checked your webpage using android device and google chrome, the submission page doesn't shrink to mobile view.

While checking your code, can you place your IFrame in a snippet and make sure the URL reference in the code to HTTPS.

Let us know how it goes.

In addition, here is my screen cast when I view your web page using safari with a mobile device.

These are the errors given when I checked the console using the developer tools.

It seems the IFrame code is having a conflict with the js scripts as well as the cookie connection. May I suggest using an IFrame snippet code(overflow:scroll) and change the URL reference from HTTPS to HTTP.
