Conditional Headings In Email?

    I am working on a employee disciplinary notice form that our managers can fill out. I have specific heading that are conditional based on what type of notice it is. I.e. If "verbal warning" is selected then text (heading) appears explaining what a verbal warning is. However, these heading don’t show up in the email as I know. So I would have to manually add them. That said, does this make it impossible to make them conditionally show up in the email? If so, can anyone give me some thoughts on how to accomplish this concept without using headings? The heading are more meant for the employee to see based on what kind of warning it is. Thanks!

    Hello Ian,

    A great workaround to this would be creating a customized email template for each of the conditional options on your form, and using conditions to send out the appropriate email message to the form recipient. The explanation text must be manually added to each of the email template.
