comment textarea field doesn't work in email notification

    Nittany Pizza Feedback form does not send recipient (site owner) comments filled out in the comment box.

    Are you talking about the comment box named "Cheers & Coaching tips"?

    Hi, I have just checked your form notifications settings and found them not being configured correctly. I suggest to rebuild them and do a test submission to see if it doesn't work.

    Also, set your form "Sender Emai" to noreply@jotform.com, it is something like this:

    Hi,

    The comment field in the email message body is {cheers}. Your Notification 2 is using {cheersComments9} instead, -- the reason the resulting email message is blank for this.

    Please correct this and test again. Inform us if the issue persis event after correcting.
