Why is the referring URL is not being appended to the form properly from Firefox browser?

I have a form accessed via a "request more info" link on each of the images from the galleries at www.stonesourceaz.com.

Client's goal is that the form submits the url of the exact image someone was looking at when they submitted the form. Tested submissions in Explorer, Chrome, and Safari, works perfectly. 

When the form is submitted from Firefox as the browser, it only pulls the main URL in - www.stonesourceaz.com. I've verified we are detailed in on the image so it's unique URL is in my browser when I click on the link. 

I'm not overly concerned as Firefox is the least used browser to access the site; however if there is a simple fix we'd certainly like to apply it.

But the "Get Referrer" widget did not work. Could you please try adding the "Get Form Page URL" widget? https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url
