I made a wedding questionnaire. I have two questions, 1) can they fill part of it out and come back to it later? Secondly, in the bottom portion I ask the bride to fill out her formal family shots and then the groom also. These come back to me in paragraph form. Not practical, is there any way they can write me a list?

Yes, it is possible for your users to fill up the form and come back later. You can enable the autofill on your form. But this method requires the user to return back to your form using the same browser and device. The reason for this is that the configuration stores cookies on the device's browser. Please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms
Another method is by using a session parameter on the URL of your form. Example https://www.jotform.com/form/2342343?session=sessionName
This method does not require the browser to be specific and any device can be used for retrieving information. However, this requires a page break element added on your form and only through moving to the pages trigger the saving of information. With regard to your 2nd question, you can make use of a configurable list widget to allow your users to fill up information in list format. You can check out this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget
