Populate an existing Google Sheet

Have you heard of any way to use a Jotform to add lines to my existing checkbook ledger?  I have such a ledger in Google Sheets.  I would like to use a Jotform to add entries that can then be subtracted from the beginning balance, leaving me with a new balance.  

Do you know of any form similar to this that I could clone and study?  Or, do you know some combination of integrations that would achieve this?
