My Form is Working Perfectly on Desktop, But When I View on iPad it Says Problem Repeatedly Occurred and Won't Load

    I checked your account and you currently have 2 forms set up. Which of the two is having the loading issue?

    For your convenience, I tested both forms on an iPad via BrowserStack, a tool that lets us check websites across devices. I was able to view both forms (see screenshots below):

    Are you trying to embed the form on your website? If so, you can use an iFrame to embed the form into your site using this guide: Getting the Form iFrame Code.
