How can I add music tracks to my form that my users can select and listen to?

My clients will have the option to choose a music track in the final product I deliver.  In the form process I'd like for samples of the music to be available to preview and then select desired track. Is this possible? I hope I'm making sense.

I'm afraid there's no direct way of using music tracks as your options within the form. The closest solution I can think of is to collate your tracks in Spotify or Soundcloud then embed them to your form for your user's reference.

The idea is to present your tracks as a page/card on your form so your users can listen to them. Then, on the next page/card, you ask them which track #1 they will choose.
