How can I test this out on my form. Because when I did the condition it didn't work. I want to keep the applicant from having to keep filling out his address and name multiple times

I tested the feature out and it works. Here's a clone of the demo form shared on the guide where you posted this comment.

These are the conditions that take care of the task you're hoping to achieve:

I strongly recommend you clone that form so you can study and fiddle around with the conditions setup to copy the value of the email and address fields.

Your reply didn't reach our Support Forum but I received it through my email so I'm pasting it below for everyone's reference:

This is not what I am looking for. To select a button to copy info. What I am looking for is this:

Applicant name is filled out, anywhere there is a reqest for applicant name. This filled is automatcally filled in. Just like whay you can do with a pdf file

The idea would still be the same regardless - The condition you will use is still the UPDATE / CALCULATE FIELD condition, and you will still use the COPY A FIELD'S VALUE as the DO action.

Using the same form https://www.jotform.com/80521989043965 have a look at the random FULL NAME fields I added that will be prepopulated automatically as soon as I fill out the first FULL NAME field.

Below are the conditions I used to pass/copy the value of the first name field to the rest of the name fields on that form:
