Hi there, some of my clients are intermittently unable to submit their order form. After pressing the submit button it sits there for several minutes then they receive the following error:
Error: Server Error The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds.
I see there have been updates to the Image Upload widget recently. I wonder if this may have something to do with it?
I have not been able to replicate the problem. One client was having the problem in Chrome but not Internet Explorer.
Here is a screenshot of the error message.

I have tried making a test submission to your form and uploading an image to each widget field.
The data submitted correctly, twice.
This could have been a temporary issue.

It does seem to be a temporary issue but one that has popped up with different clients over the past month. I see it popping up from time to time in other questions. Is there a known issue that can be fixed?

I see that there are multiple upload fields in your form.
These kinds of errors can happen when there are many files uploaded or the file size is very large.
I suggest you limit the maximum file size for the uploads and the number of files that can be uploaded.
