How to add an image to the PDF submission.

    Buongiorno,

    Ho personalizzato la mail che il cliente riceve una volta che si è registrato, inserendo un faxsimile di un biglietto da presentare!

    Non riesco però che questo biglietto venga allegato nel Pdf che il cliente riceve???

    Mi potete aiutare?

    Altra domanda, l'ID che posso inserire sulla mail immagino sia univoco, questo identifica la persona registrata?

    Si può trasformare in un QR Code da poter leggere?

    In order to include the image in the PDF report, simply go into the edit mode: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report 

    Then add the image link, here it is: https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/BDAVID/48960_AAA.5a8dfe2512aab1.51813727.png

    Come avrai visto, ho dovuto tagliare l’immagine in due per poter inserire un campo “Nome”…
    Si può inserire il campo sopra l’immagine senza tagliarla?

    You can upload the image to any file hosting site and have a public URL for that image that you can use to add an image to the PDF copy of your submission.

    As for your other concern, I'm afraid it would not be possible to insert the name field in the middle of the image without cutting it. You can insert both images in the PDF copy of your submissions following the instructions provided by my colleague above.

    ma ho visto che se l’immagine è grande, viene ridimensionata sul Pdf, non si può fare in modo che il programma generi 2 pagine?

    On the PDF Design page, there is a way to increase the size of the image. (Please see image below)

    The second page of PDF copy of submission will only appear on the PDF Design page if the first page is full. You can stretch the size of the image to the second page.
