MS Flow: Fillable PDF submission not triggering or sending blank data to the other application

    Hi there,

    I would like to report an issue with the connection between JotForm and the MS Flow service. Quite often, submitting a JotForm (either via the online form or using a PDF based on the form) does not trigger a connected MS Flow. I haven't found the cause yet, as it seems to be random when it would or would not trigger the flow. Could you please look into the connection to the MS Flow service?

    Maybe some helpful information: forms submitted via PDf take some time (up to about 30 second) before they are visible in the list of received forms. Once listed, it takes another 30 seconds or so before all fields are populated in the list with submissions. Maybe this causes the connection to send the "empty" result to MS Flow, which then ignores the empty input?

    In contrast, forms submitted via the online form are listed immediately with all fields populated.

    Update: I've rebuilt a (new) flow, but unfortunately this does not solve the issue.

    I am sorry for the delay, Sam. I have tested a form and the PDF form with Microsoft Flow connecting the form to a Google spreadsheet. While testing the online form, the data seems to be sent without any issue to the spreadsheet. However, when the submission is sent from the PDF form, sometimes it is updated with dashes in the spreadsheet. It seems that there is an issue with the Microsoft Flow using PDF forms. 

    I have forwarded the issue to our backend team to take a look and investigate it further. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
