Appointment Slots Widget > Edit submission: The selected option cannot be changed if it is no longer available

    I keep getting an error message when I try to click another box; the box is checked but it is saying that it is required?

    I tested your form but I am not able to replicate the issue you reported. When I click on another option the error message is not shown, I am also unable to select another option unless I first un-select selected option.

    Is your form maybe embedded and the issue can be replicated there? If so, please provide us the webpage URL, so that we can test the form there.

    The problem occurs when the time slot is full, but you want to go in and
    Edit your Submission to change it. Try filling up 1 slot with 4 people and
    then try to Edit one of those Submissions.

    It doesn't let the User Unselect the full Time Slot and Cancel or pick
    another one? Please advise how to fix this?

    I tested my cloned form based on additional information you provided and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. If 4 users select the same time slot the slot will no longer be available. However, those 4 users also can not change the time they previously selected. 

    I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    Is the Appointment Wizard the best choice for this form?

    We don't need your screenshots.

    I think that the Appointment Slots widget is the best choice. We have some similar widgets like Gift Registry, Quantity Gift Registry and Inventory. I tested them and the same issue will occur with those widgets as well.

    Your last reply is not shown here on the forum, so I will quote it from the email that I received: "Is there another way to Limit Time Slots?".

    Unfortunately, no. I could only be possible to limit time slots with some other field if there is only one available time slot, but not with 4 available time slots like on your form. 

    I reported this issue to our developers. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved. 

    For now, I can only suggest you to add an additional field to your form that will have only 'Cancel Tee Time' option. Your users can use it to let you know that they want to cancel the time they previously selected.

    Until this get's fixed, you can delete the submission that you want to remove the appointment from the submissions page and the slot should change to available.

    We will let you know when there is an update from our developers.

    How long does this normally take to fix? We need to be able to use the Form soon and I won't Upgrade my Account until it is fixed?

    I'm sorry, but we cannot give a timeframe for each ticket we raised to our backend team. Rest assured that it will be assigned, and you will be informed if there are updates.
