Pass value of a field to another field in the form

I have  asked this question before and I keep getting the same answer so maybe I am not clear on what i need.

When an applicant completes his name in one filled. I need that info to update everywhere on the form that request his name. The same way you can do this with a PDF file. I don't want to check a box that ask if the information is the same  then uploads as in the sample you have provided.

We can do that using the conditional logic, we can get the value of the name and pass it to the other fields in the form.

We will use the condition Update/Calculate Field, We first set the condition that when the name is filled, we copy the "Name1" Field and pass its value to "Name2".
