I just created a new form called Nursing CAP Documentation SUbmission Form.
I created a table on the form. Can each column have different properties? For example 1st column is a drop down and then 2nd column is a file submission?
Can columns have conditionalities? If column 1 is selected then they are able to submit a file?
Can each row in the column have its own hover text?
How can I build calculation for each column? For example if they submit 1 document in Health Stream Profile then they earn 1 point. If they submit and if they submit 2 documents under Quality Improvement then they get 2 points.
Would it be possible to have a running total of the accumulated points and then also get a checklist view of the documents that they have submitted?

UPDATE (June 11, 2019): The input table field has a new type called Multi-Type Columns. You will now be able to set different type for each column such as Single Choice, Checkbox, Textbox, and Dropdown.
There are many features when you use the Multi-Type Columns:
1. You can change the row and column names.Additionally, you can set the row and column names by clicking on the gear icon.2. You can add rows and any type of columns by clicking on the add row and add column.3. You can set options for dropdown type by clicking on the downwards arrow.Enter your dropdown options.Click on the Save Changes.4. You can delete the rows by clicking on the cross (X) that exists for each row and you can delete the rows by clicking on the downwards arrow that exists for each column.5. You can change the types of each column to Single Choice, Checkbox, Textbox, and Dropdown by clicking on the downwards arrow that exists for each column. You can clone this demo form to your account: https://form.jotform.com/nelly/multitype-input-table-formYou can look at this guide to understand how to clone an existing form from a URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URLIf you have any question, please let us know below.I created a table on the form. Do you mean to say an Input Table? Unfortunately, it is not possible to have different types for each column. You can choose between radio buttons, checkboxes, numeric fields, dropdowns, currency box, and text box. Changing the type, means you are changing the type of the whole table, not just one column.
Can columns have conditionalities? If column 1 is selected then they are able to submit a file?
Can each row in the column have its own hover text? This is not possible for Input Tables.
How can I build calculation for each column? For example if they submit 1 document in Health Stream Profile then they earn 1 point. If they submit and if they submit 2 documents under Quality Improvement then they get 2 points.
I suggest you try a different approach, rather than using tables.
It is not possible to put upload fields in Input Tables.Would it be possible to have a running total of the accumulated points and then also get a checklist view of the documents that they have submitted?
If by accumulated points you mean getting points of previous submissions, then that is not possible.
I suggest you add separate upload fields for each file type. If you can give us more details on what you are trying to achieve then maybe we would be able to propose something. -
