I use the auto-delete entry widget to clear all submission. However a couple times a day the entries do not get deleted and this is a huge problem for us. Because we use the reservation calendar for selecting multiple dates we can not have any entries held in the database or the calendar will not function correctly for us. I can not have dates unavailable on our calendars.
Can you let me know why the entries are not getting deleted?

I have tested the widget at my test form and my submission was deleted instantly (only email received).
Can I kindly ask you to check your auto-delete widget's dashboard?
A screenshot of it would be appreciated for further investigation.

I am attaching a screenshot of the app screen. I issue is still happening I had 3 submissions that did not delete this morning. There does not seem to be a reason for the app not deleting the entries and it seems very random but happens at least 4 or five times a week. It is very frustrating and can make my form unusable.

I checked with one of my own forms and was also unable to reproduce the issue. Let us know if another submission isn't deleted by the app for your form and if possible, leave the submission active. This way our we can forward it to our developers to see why it was not removed by the app.

Ok I have left 2 submissions that should have been deleted but were not. This issue happens about 1 out of ever 10 submissions. Thanks

OK, I have escalated the issue to Level 2 support. The developers will take a look at your problem and post a response here when they are ready. Please don't delete the two submissions there for them to inspect.

I cloned your form and was unable to reproduce the problem. I submitted it like ten times.
I see you also cloned your form twice. Can you confirm that the problem exists in your clone?

I can not consistently create the problem either. However, I had an additional 2 entries in the system this morning that did not delete. I had to manually remove them since the reservation calendar (which we use all the time) does not work as long as there are submissions held in the system.
I don't know about the clone since it is only a backup and not actually used.

There's a good chance the clone is not affected.
Is there a possibility that you can switch to your clone for a while. And see if the submissions get through?

I have tried a cloned versions and the same thing has happened. Today we had 6 submissions that had to be manually deleted in the original form and 1 (which I left) on the clone. It seems to be happening more often.
