Why is our encrypted data not visible in Google Sheet Integration?

When I integrate a google sheet spreadsheet it comes out encrypted.  If I try to print an Excel spreadsheet from the forms page it also comes out encrypted.  How do I see the data?  The individual forms show up unencrypted, it is just the spreadsheets.

Is it necessary to encrypt our payment forms when our website is secure?

When you have an encrypted form kindly note that the data will be sent to the google sheet in encrypted format hence data will not be visible since its encrypted and you will only seen the hashed data.
