I log in and Jot Forms shows that I "have no forms". I do have forms and yet they don't show up. This happens over and over again and is very frustrating as I cannot complete my work without them. What can be done about this? What can I do?

Please make sure that you are in the My Forms folder.
If the issue persists, try clearing the cache of your browser, using the browsers Private Mode (Incognito), or using another browser.
