How cam we enable user to continue filling form later?

estou com um formulário que e uma solicitação de exames e gostaria de saber como faço para o usuário cadastra seus dados uma unica vez e quanto ele entra no formulário de novo já estará preenchido seus dados

I have tried to understand what you what and the best solution that may achieve what you want is making you form save data which can be used later on (Normally around 3 months.)

Kindly note that this method uses the user email and stores the user Session while linking it to the email they are using. Hence this might be the best option for your scenario.
